Legend Trackline Ultimate Hybrid Off-Road Caravan

Engineered for rugged off-road adventures, the Legend Trackline Ultimate Hybrid features a robust 150mm A-frame that connects seamlessly to our precision-designed S&M truss chassis. Towing performance is maximized by the Cruisemaster DO35 hitch (3,000kg rating), ensuring a secure and responsive connection to your tow vehicle.

The caravan rides on Cruisemaster’s ATX Airbag Suspension — their most advanced and durable suspension system, controlled remotely for ease of use. This model is available in Single Axle only, with the option to upgrade the ATM to 3,000kg for greater payload capacity. Stopping power is delivered via 12-inch hydraulic disc brakes, offering reliable and responsive braking performance on all terrain.

Premium Components for Long-Term Durability

We are committed to using all brass fittings throughout our entire range, eliminating the need for PVC connectors. This approach delivers superior durability and corrosion resistance without adding unnecessary weight.

For peace of mind during off-road excursions, the van is equipped with rated recovery points, essential for effective and safe vehicle recovery in challenging conditions.

Advanced Structural Engineering

Legend caravans are constructed using a high-strength aluminium frame joined by the Hanrob self-piercing riveting system. This method allows for controlled flexibility under extreme conditions, reducing the risk of structural cracking. The roof and wall components are securely lock-bolted to both each other and the chassis, creating an integrated and resilient structure.

Unlike traditional spot welding, self-piercing rivets generate no heat, making them ideal for use with aluminium alloys. They also maintain compatibility with galvanized and coated materials, eliminating the need for recoating or replating.

The lockbolt fastening system delivers nearly 100% contact in the locking grooves, compared to just 30–35% with traditional nuts and bolts. This ensures exceptional resistance to vibration — a claim backed by Junker vibration testing, which measures preload loss under transverse loading. In short, lockbolts offer vastly superior performance in vibration-prone environments.

The Trackline Ultimate Hybrid and all Legend caravans are built on a single-piece, rot-free honeycomb floor — lightweight yet incredibly strong. The roof features a one-piece fiberglass sandwich panel, which provides outstanding durability, hail resistance, and exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation.

Exterior cladding is a composite aluminium panel system, with twin aluminium layers enclosing a polyethylene core for added strength and insulation. Inside the walls, AIR-CELL Insuliner fills all voids — a closed-cell, fire-resistant core laminated with reflective foil, offering superior resistance to temperature extremes.

The Legend Trackline Ultimate Hybrid ERV is equipped with a cutting-edge electrical system designed for modern off-grid living:

• Battery System: 4.8kWh 48V lithium battery (expandable with up to two additional 4.8kWh batteries).
• Victron Energy Components: Includes MPPT solar regulators, 48V DC-DC charger (also solar input capable), and a robust 5000W inverter for consistent, high-capacity power delivery.
• Customisable Solar Array: Each 200W solar panel (48V) is configured based on the caravan's layout. For instance, our 16’ model comes standard with four panels (custom configurations available).
