Legend Trackline Off-Road Bunka Family Series

The Legend Trackline Bunka Family Series is built for serious off-road adventures. At its foundation, a 150mm A-frame connects seamlessly to an overengineered Legend-designed S&M truss system, ensuring exceptional strength and reliability. Towing is made effortless with the Cruisemaster 3,500kg DO35 hitch, providing secure and smooth articulation between the van and your tow vehicle.

For superior ride performance, this model features Cruisemaster’s most robust suspension system — the XT Airbag unit with remote control. Available exclusively in tandem and triple axle configurations, the Bunka Series can be upgraded to the Cruisemaster ATX system, supporting up to a 4.5T ATM. Stopping power is delivered by 12-inch electric brakes, offering dependable braking in all terrains.

At Legend Caravans, we prioritize durability without compromise. That’s why our entire range exclusively uses solid brass fittings instead of standard PVC connectors — delivering enhanced longevity and protection without unnecessary weight.

Strategically placed, rated recovery points come standard with this van, offering essential support when recovery is required in off-road conditions.

Engineered for Endurance

Legend caravans are constructed with a precision-engineered aluminium frame, assembled using the Hanrob self-piercing riveting system. This advanced method allows for controlled flexibility under extreme conditions, minimizing the risk of structural cracking. Roof and wall components are lock-bolted together and securely mounted to the chassis, creating a unified and highly durable structure.

Unlike traditional welding, self-piercing rivets avoid heat damage — critical when working with pure aluminium and its alloys, which melt below 800°C. These fasteners are also compatible with galvanized and coated surfaces, reducing damage and eliminating the need for re-coating or re-plating.

Lockbolts offer approximately 100% bearing contact in the locking grooves, compared to just 30–35% with traditional nuts and bolts. This not only improves structural integrity but also provides superior resistance to vibration-related loosening — as demonstrated by the industry-standard Junker test.

Superior Floor, Roof & Insulation System

Every Trackline Bunka Family Series caravan features a single-piece, rot-free honeycomb floor that is both lightweight and incredibly strong. The roof is built with a single-piece fiberglass sandwich panel that offers outstanding strength, rot resistance, hail protection, and premium thermal and acoustic insulation.

The external cladding consists of composite panels made from aluminium sheets over a high-performance polyethylene core. Wall cavities are filled with AIR-CELL Insuliner — a fire-resistant, closed-cell insulation layer encased in reflective foil, offering exceptional temperature control in all weather conditions.

The Trackline Bunka is powered by a premium 48V electrical system featuring:

• 2 MPPT Solar Regulators + 1 DC-DC Charger (also usable as solar input)

EcoFlow, established in the U.S. in 2017, now supports over 2.5 million users across 100 countries. The modular system allows users to tailor power setups based on individual needs. Its compact design is ideal for RV environments, with foolproof cable connections for fast, error-free installation.

Solar Panels: This model typically includes 4 x 200W panels (depending on caravan size and layout). Custom configurations are available.
