Built for the Toughest Conditions

At the heart of the Kick Back is a robust 150mm A-frame seamlessly integrated with the overengineered Legend Truss S&M chassis, constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.

The van is securely connected to your tow vehicle via the Cruisemaster DO35 3,500kg hitch, ensuring safe and stable towing. Underneath, the Cruisemaster XT suspension—renowned as one of the most heavy-duty systems available—absorbs rough terrain with ease. Available in both single and tandem axle configurations, this model can now be upgraded to a 4.5T ATM. Braking is handled by 12" electric brakes, and the ride is further refined by a Level 3 airbag suspension system for supreme comfort and stability.

Engineered for Endurance

Legend caravans feature a lightweight yet incredibly strong aluminium frame using the Hanrob self-piercing rivet system. This construction method allows for subtle flexibility, absorbing vibrations from extreme off-road use and significantly reducing the risk of cracking. The roof and wall frame components are lock-bolted, not just to each other, but to the chassis, forming a single, highly durable structure.

Unlike traditional welding, self-piercing rivets eliminate the heat issues associated with aluminium spot welding. They’re also fully compatible with galvanized and coated materials, minimizing surface damage and removing the need for recoating—enhancing both longevity and aesthetics.

Lockbolts used in the structure provide near-total bearing engagement—around 100%—compared to the 30–35% contact achieved with standard nuts and bolts. They also offer exceptional vibration resistance, as validated by the Junker test, ensuring structural integrity in the harshest environments.

Our entire Legend Kick Back range is built with a one-piece honeycomb composite floor—lightweight, rot-proof, and incredibly durable. The roof is constructed from a single fiberglass sandwich panel, offering superior strength, thermal and acoustic insulation, and resistance to hail and rot.

The exterior cladding consists of aluminium composite panels bonded over an insulating polyethylene core, ensuring structural rigidity and long-term performance. The wall cavities are filled with AIR-CELL Insuliner—a fire-resistant, closed-cell insulation layer with reflective foil—providing superior temperature control in both hot and cold climates.
