The Legend Trackline Off-Road Van is engineered to conquer Australia's rugged terrain with confidence and ease. At its foundation is the renowned Legend Trackline chassis, combined with a robust 150mm A-frame that connects to our overengineered S&M chassis—built tough and designed with purpose. Sitting on an 8" Australian-made chassis, it offers outstanding ground clearance and incorporates multiple reinforced support beams for superior strength and off-road durability. A glance underneath tells you this van is built to go the distance.

Towing & Suspension

Towing is made seamless and secure with the Cruisemaster DO35 3500kg hitch, ensuring a solid connection to your tow vehicle. The Cruisemaster XT suspension system—our most robust option—is standard, available in both single and tandem axle configurations. For those needing extra capacity, this suspension is upgradeable to a 4.5T ATM. 12" electric brakes provide reliable stopping power, giving you peace of mind wherever the road (or lack thereof) may lead. Rated recovery points are also integrated, providing essential support when recovery situations arise.

Construction Excellence

Our caravans are constructed using a full aluminium frame, assembled with the Hanrob self-piercing riveting system. This method allows for flex under extreme conditions to prevent cracking, while eliminating the heat-related issues of traditional spot welding. The roof and wall components are lock-bolted together and secured to the chassis, creating a unified and enduring structure. Unlike standard nuts and bolts that only provide 30–35% contact and are vibration-sensitive, lockbolts offer nearly 100% bearing area, delivering unmatched vibration resistance—verified by the rigorous Junker test.

• Plumbing: All plumbing connections feature brass fittings—not PVC—for enhanced durability and protection without additional weight.
• Flooring: The van features a one-piece, rot-free honeycomb floor that is both lightweight and strong.
• Roof: Constructed with a one-piece fiberglass sandwich panel, offering rot resistance, superior strength, hail protection, and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
• Wall Insulation: The external cladding consists of composite aluminium panels over an insulating polyethylene core. Internal wall voids are filled with AIR-CELL Insuliner, a reflective, fire-resistant insulation that helps moderate interior temperatures.
